I MADE A NEW PURCHASE BEFORE RECEIVING ANOTHER CONFIRMED PURCHASE. WILL THEY ARRIVE SEPARATELY?
If the span between both your purchases exceeds 3 days, then your orders will arrive separately.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY BIKINI SET FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?
Yes, you can! For this to happen, you must email us at joubalswimwear@gmail.com the same day you receive your order. Let us know which size you'd like to exchange your current set with and we will check for availability. If your desired size is unavailable, no exchanges or refunds can be made.
Upon exchanging, an extra shipping fee will be charged.
The item/s must be in original condition, in their pouch with the hygiene seal remaining in place.
We cannot accept ANY returns that do not meet the above requirements.
